About Us
Who Are We?
The Media Circle of D. S. Senanayake College, better known as MCDSSC and spanning a history of more than three decades since inauguration, is a trilingual school club recognized across Sri Lanka for its efforts to nurture and inspire the next generation of pioneers in the Sri Lankan Media genealogy.
Vision
To become a leading media unit in Sri Lanka and assuring a standard place for D. S. Senanayake College in the Sri Lankan school announcing arena while marking each member a successful media personality in the country.
Mission
To promote and develop the vocal skills and announcing skills among the school students as an important cocurricular activity to produce media personalities with a proper awareness and development in media affiliated skills.
History
Starting off from humble beginnings in 1994, the rise to prominence and prestige of Media Circle of D. S. Senanayake College is a continuous decades-long tale of unwavering commitment, dedication and vision to conquer its place as the flagbearers of Sri Lanka's evolving media lineage.
